Full Moon in Scorpio Channeled Message: Tips for Healing and Integrating Negative Baseline Emotions
“Greetings, dear ones and Happy Full Moon in Scorpio. We are the Course Collective—a multidimensional spirit group devoted to assisting souls navigating their incarnation in what we refer to as the Earth School.
Earth is not merely a planet. It is a classroom. A curriculum. It is a deeply immersive and often challenging training ground for the soul. You are not here by accident. You enrolled. You signed up for specific lessons, chose to explore specific subconscious patterns, and experience opportunities for growth and learning. No, it is not easy. But it is profoundly sacred.
We are here to help you with your Earthly course work and to assist those who are ready to graduate to the next level of self-awareness, soul expansion, and emotional mastery. And on this Full Flower Moon in Scorpio, we come forth with a message to help you do exactly that. This particular moon amplifies the energies of transformation, revealing the emotional shadows hidden in the depths of the subconscious that need to be seen—and inviting them into the light.
Recognizing the Subtle Currents Beneath the Surface
Let us begin with awareness.
The sign of Scorpio rules transformation, deep emotional excavation, and rebirth. It governs all things hidden from awareness — particularly the limiting emotional patterns that no longer serve.
This full moon brings a powerful opportunity to transmute and release any baseline low-vibrational emotional states holding you back. These states are not always loud or dramatic. In fact, they are often the most subtle. These emotional programs may run quietly underneath your daily awareness and influence your perceptions, your habits, and your sense of self-worth.
Now, how do you work with this? The first step, always, is recognition. You must begin by becoming aware of your subconscious patterns.
Take a moment now. Feel into this:
What negative emotions am I feeling right now—not just on the surface, but underneath? Make note of all emotions coming up. Am I feeling shame? Guilt? Anxiety? Grief? Just observe whatever comes up.
What thoughts or experiences may have triggered these emotions?
How frequently do these emotions show up in my life?
How do I physically feel in my body?
If these feelings arise very often, they may be what we call "baseline emotions"—persistent energetic patterns informing your inner and outer world.
Understanding and Identifying Baseline Shame
One of these baseline emotions we wish to highlight for many of you at this time is shame.
Shame is a deeply ingrained frequency that often operates in the background. It may show up in different ways—but a common trigger is the idea of perfectionism.
We invite you to check in with yourself.
Do you feel shame...
When you make a mistake?
When you haven’t kept up with your self-care routines?
When you’re not recognized, chosen, or included in social groups or at work?
When you judge your physical body, your appearance, or your habits?
For simply not being “perfect enough” or "good enough"?
If you resonated with any of these questions, the next inquiry becomes: Where does that shame live in your body?
Perhaps you feel tension in your neck and shoulders. Or maybe you have stomach issues. Whatever it is, just place your awareness on that area of the body.
Working with the Violet Flame for Emotional Transmutation
Once you locate where that shame—or any low vibrational emotion—resides in your body, we invite you to work with it.
One tool you may use is the violet flame—a powerful energy of purification and transformation. It resonates with the seventh chakra and carries the frequency of divine alchemy.
Visualize bright violet light entering the part of your body where your negative emotion lives. Allow it to fill the space with warmth, color, and healing. Visualize this energy embodying your physical and emotional body for as long as you need. Feel it fully, allowing it to do its work.** Sit with the emotion while you do this work. Do not push it out or avoid it.
Then, when you are ready, allow yourself to then release the emotion however you need. Cry it out. Scream it out. Write it out. Walk it off. Whatever you feel called to do.
Do this as often as you need. This is not about quick fixes, but about soul-level integration.
The Healing Power of Self-Love and Compassion
Now, dear ones, we also want to remind you of this: the antidote to shame is self-love.
When you feel these heavy emotions rising—especially if they are recurring—bring compassion into the equation. Show yourselves as much love, kindness, and empathy as possible. Try not to beat yourselves up.
If someone you loved dearly were experiencing these feelings, what would you say to them? You'd most likely show them more empathy, yes? Could you not offer that same kindness to yourself?
Can you see yourself through the eyes of your higher self, through the eyes of Source, which holds no judgment—only unconditional love?
Please remember, no one is perfect. Perfection belongs only to Source. Every being in existence—on Earth, in spirit, across galaxies—is in the process of learning, growing, and PERFECT-ING. Just as a toddler falls while learning to walk, they too get back up. Everybody falls. Everybody makes mistakes. It's part of the learning process. You are here to learn, to fall, to grow, and to rise again.
Be gentle with yourself, dear student of the Earth School. You are actually doing better than you think. We kindly remind you to also give yourself credit for all you have already learned and mastered!
Using the Violet Flame for Baseline Anxiety
Another negative emotion we would like to address is baseline anxiety—that constant undercurrent of unease that never seems to fully quiet down.
When anxiety flares up, it is often your nervous system signaling that something feels unsafe. In those moments, ask yourself:
What feels unsafe about this moment?
Is there an actual threat, or is this a familiar inner alarm?
How can I remind myself that I am safe, held, and supported?
You may once again work with the violet flame. Allow it to wash through your system from head to toe. Let it soothe your nerves and cleanse the energetic debris.
Grounding with the Hegu Point and Sacred Mantra
For those seeking a physical practice, we offer a simple grounding technique:
Locate the Hegu pressure point—the soft spot between the thumb and index finger.
Apply gentle pressure on the left hand for 1–3 minutes. Then switch to the right.
While doing this, take deep, slow breaths.
Visualize the violet flame surrounding your body.
To deepen the effect, you may also repeat the sacred mantra Mem Hey Shin—one of the 72 names of God, meaning “God May Heal.” This mantra carries a frequency of divine healing and nervous system regulation. Say it aloud or silently. Feel its resonance.
Integrate. Don’t Avoid.
Please remember: this is not about pushing away uncomfortable emotions or bypassing your experiences. You must feel, then integrate, then release. Let yourself sit with the emotion. Let it speak. Let it move through you. And then gently let it go.
You may use the Mem Hey Shin mantra, the energy of the full moon, and the violet flame energy to release not only shame or anxiety, but any lingering emotional states that are no longer aligned with your soul’s current frequency. These may include:
Fears about your future
Old self-identities
Limiting beliefs
Doubts around worthiness or love
Use this moon to release. Let it peel away what no longer fits.
You Are Exactly Where You Are Meant to Be
Before we close, let us remind you: You are exactly where you are meant to be.
Even if it doesn’t feel like it. Even if your mind tells you otherwise. Your soul is on time. You have not missed the mark.
The more love and compassion you can show yourself—right now, in this exact phase of your journey—the more gracefully you will move through it.
Earth Is a School. You Are Perfecting.
As we said, you are enrolled in one of the most advanced courses in the universe. The Earth School is not easy, but it is a deeply powerful place for learning, mastery, and evolution.
We, the Course Collective, are here to support you as you move through your lessons. Many of you are graduating into a new level of consciousness. A new soul course is beginning. And we are honored to walk beside you as you take your next steps.
