For live virtual readings, changes and fully refunded cancellations can freely be made to a booking up to 12 hours in advance. Exceptions will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If you need to reschedule within the 12 hours of your appointment, please contact me directly. No shows, unless it’s a true emergency, can not be rescheduled.
