How to Meditate and Reclaim Your Inner Power - A Channeled Message
“Hello Dear Ones & Happy New Moon,
As the New Moon in Gemini opens a gateway of mental renewal, we come forward with an urgent message:
It is time to release the grip of fear and reclaim your inner stillness.
In this transmission, we offer you a powerful, step-by-step meditation to help quiet the chaos, calm the mind, and reconnect with your personal power.
We understand that, at this time, there is immense fear in the collective. Anxiety and chaos are prevalent—not just in your day-to-day lives, but on a global scale. From the unrest in the Middle East to the political climate in the United States, many of you are feeling anxious. Your financial markets are volatile. Hollywood is going through a death cycle. So much is in flux. So much is in chaos.
And yet, we come with a reminder:
You are powerful beings.
You always have a choice. You may resonate with the external chaos around you, or you may reclaim your personal power in every present moment.
This does not mean you need to bypass your emotions. It means allowing yourself to feel anxiety fully—to process and release it—and then step out of the story. You can remain in an anxious state for 30 seconds or 30 years—it's up to you.
You're also being called to remember that you are the creator of your reality. You get to choose where you focus your energy. You can choose to give away your power to your external circumstances, or you can choose to come back to it after processing your anxiety.
We know that subconscious programs can get in the way. Some of you carry guilt: guilt for feeling good during dark times, guilt for living a comfortable life while others suffer. Be mindful of these stories without judgment.
Because of the chaotic energy in the collective, we invite you now to learn how to suspend the mind and return to your quiet center. Many of you have asked the channel (Kristen):
How do I meditate?
Am I doing it wrong?
What's the "correct" way?
How do I connect with my guides?
Dear ones, first of all—there is no “wrong” way to meditate.
There are billions of you on this planet, and therefore countless meditation techniques that may work. The point is not to follow a perfect method but to find what quiets your mind.
Meditation is really about entering an altered state of consciousness, but in a waking state. ALL of you enter altered states of consciousness when you go to sleep at night. Your brainwaves move from Gamma or Beta in the waking state into Theta or Delta while sleeping. As you meditate, your brainwaves will shift from Gamma or Beta to Alpha or Theta, which will allow for more coherence and for the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system. It's something you all do naturally—so do not stress.
✧ A Simple Meditation Technique ✧
Here is a basic "How to Meditate" guide that we recommend.
Step 1: Breathe and Ground
Sit in a chair with your feet firmly planted on the floor.
Close your eyes.
Begin by bringing your attention to your breath.
Inhale and exhale slowly for a few moments, paying attention to the rise and fall of your chest with each breath.
Step 2: Chakra Breathing & Visualization
Breathe into each individual chakra, one at a time, starting from your root all the way to your crown. With each inhalation, visualize each chakra lighting up with its corresponding color, clearing out any stagnant energy. Hold for a moment. Then, with each exhalation, imagine releasing negative energy from said chakra. Move from the root, to the sacral, to the solar plexus, all the way to the crown. Repeat this cycle as many times as you feel called to, focusing on your breath and allowing the mind to rest.
Root Chakra (Base of the spine) – Visualize bright red light filling this chakra.
Inhale red energy. Hold it for a moment. Exhale any darkness, fear, or heaviness. Repeat for the remaining chakras.Sacral Chakra (Lower abdomen) – Visualize bright orange light.
Inhale orange energy. Hold for a moment. Exhale any negativity, guilt, or shame.Solar Plexus (Stomach area) – Visualize bright yellow light.
Inhale yellow energy. Hold for a moment. Exhale any darkness, doubt, or insecurity.Heart Chakra (Center of chest) – Visualize bright green light.
Inhale green. Hold for a moment. Exhale any grief or sadness.Throat Chakra (Throat) – Visualize bright blue light.
Inhale blue. Hold for a moment. Exhale any repression or hesitation.Third Eye (Between the brows) – Visualize bright indigo or purple light.
Inhale purple. Hold for a moment. Exhale any confusion.Crown Chakra (Top of the head or just above) – Visualize bright pink light.
Inhale pink. Hold for a moment. Exhale any darkness or disconnection.
Step 3: Infinity Visualization
Once you’ve completed the chakra breathing:
Envision an infinity symbol in your mind’s eye, beginning with red light (for the root chakra).
Allow the infinity symbol to cycle through each chakra color:
red → orange → yellow → green → blue → purple → pink.
This visualization helps synchronize the two hemispheres of the brain and supports the transition from beta brain waves into alpha or even theta states. It shifts your body from the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) into the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and restore).
Use this meditation anytime you feel anxious.
It is a tool—one of many available to you.
✧ Deepening Your Practice ✧
If you have a question for your guides, higher self, God, or the Universe:
Ask your question before the meditation.
While completing the practice, pay attention to the insights, feelings, images, or thoughts that arise while in the meditative state.
Do not dismiss what comes through. There is no such thing as “just your imagination.”
Write everything down. What you receive may be subtle, but it is meaningful.
Pay attention to your first instincts.
This is how you begin connecting with your higher self.
This is how you begin to tune into your guides.
And remember:
Your guides are always near. Your higher mind is always available.
The question is—can you quiet your anxious mind enough to hear?
When you activate your parasympathetic system, when you center yourself, you gain access to both peace and clarity.
Use discernment with any messages you receive—always run them through your own inner guidance system.
But know this:
You do not have to be a slave to your suffering.
You do not have to be a slave to external chaos—unless you choose to be.
There are forces on your planet who benefit from the collective being in fear.
They want you to feel helpless. They want you to stay quiet.
Prove them wrong.
Not with panic, but with peace.
Not with noise, but with presence.
When you are centered, when you hold your power, you have already won.
We hope this message and meditation technique are helpful to you.
For those of you who are more auditory, we also recommend exploring binaural beats—especially those from the Monroe Institute, available on Spotify and other platforms. The Gateway Experience - Hemi-Sync meditations are particularly useful. Be sure to use headphones for the full effect.
As you continue this practice, you will find what works best for you.
Consider this technique a foundational tool—a place to begin.
We love you. We are with you.
We are watching, waiting, and sending you our highest blessings.”
